- MOOC Design and Development: Project Manager partnering with Canvas Network, UNOH Marketing, UNOH Instructional Design Team, and UNOH Academic Dean to design and develop UNOH’s first MOOC, Oil 101: Fact or Friction – 2014
- Online/MOOC Assessment: Convener of AICUO (Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Ohio) Online/MOOC Assessment Task Force – Partnering with professionals from two other institutions to develop an OOC/MOOC Assessment Tool for AICUO member institutions across the state – 2014-2016
- Book Publishing: Partnered with Dr. Carmel Morse, faculty member to internally publish her authored book, “Publishing Academic Writing” as a service for UNOH faculty who wish to pursue publishing opportunities – 2014
- Course Design: Redesigned over 50 online and hybrid courses into a new and improved course design template in 3 quarters – 2011
- First in the State of Ohio: Designed and developed an online course that was the first course in the state of Ohio to meet Quality Matters standards – 2010
- Second Life: Conducted an online course project with students in Second Life – 2009
